We replace house stumps if the originals have settled due to moisture or rot. Our
replacement stumps are CCA treated timber to help prevent termites, or supergal
steel, primed to help prevent rusting. Hot dip galvanized steel is also available.

We can raise your house above its foundation to add a new story, or lift the house to
the necessary floor protection level.
Levelling
If your home’s structure becomes unsteady or weak significant damage can occur.
